Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

2 broccoli heads, finely chopped
1/2 lb bacon, fried & crumbled
1 C sunflower seeds, salted & roasted (I use raw seeds myself)
1 red onion - diced - amount to taste
1 C golden raisins

Dressing:
1 C mayonnaise
1/3 C sugar
2 TB cider vinegar

Instructions

Mix ingredients & cover with dressing. Mix well and refrigerate for a few hours for flavors to develop. (I made my batch at about 10:30 that morning - the longer it sits, the further the broccoli "cooks".)
