This is a simple, easy way to prepare chicken that tastes like you put a lot more work into it than you really did. Any flavor of chutney may be used.

Serve with rice pilaf or roast some potatoes while the chicken is cooking.

Easy Chicken Chutney

Baked chicken glazed with chutney sauce.

Ingredients

Earl Grey or Trader Vics Chutney or any chutney you like.
1 chicken, cut up

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut up chicken, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Water down some of the chutney sauce and baste the chicken with it. Bake the chicken at 375 degrees for one hour or until tender. Baste with full strength sauce the last 20 minutes of cooking.
