Green Olive Tapenade with Coriander

A fresh lively tapenade with the bright taste of coriander

Ingredients

250 grams pitted green olive

3 filets of anchovies

1 tsp.capers

2 cloves garlic

Olive oil to taste or to consistency

A fistful of fresh coriander

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a mixer and mix just to a granular texture.
