Herb and Garlic Cheese

Cream cheese flavored with herbs and garlic.

Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/4 cup dill, minced
1/3 cup scallions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

Instructions

1. In a food process or a mixer fitted with paddle attachment, cream the cheese with the cream. (Using a food processor makes the cheese greener.) Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
2. This keeps for several days if well covered and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before using.
