Parmesan Cookies (Sables au Parmesan)

Great with drinks!

Ingredients

A pinch of ground nutmeg
2 pinches of Cayenne pepper
40 gr. freshly grated parmesan
1 egg
80 gr. almond powder
180 gr. de flour
160 gr. softened butter
Rosemary, Fleur de Sel, salt, pepper,

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160° C. In a bowl of a mixer, put in softened butter, flour, the grated parmesan, nutmeg and cayenne pepper, blend. Add salt and pepper to taste, then add egg. Blend. Form into big cigars, refrigerate 30 minutes. Cover a cookies with baking paper, cut into slices about ¼ “ thick. Sprinkle cookies with a tiny bit of rosemary and the fleur de sel, pressing lightly into cookie. Bake 15 minutes in the oven.

Can be stored in an airtight container.
