Pourcel Twins Tapenade
A delicious black olive tapenade.
Ingredients
2 2/3 cups (400 grams) tasty black olives
2 tablespoons Capers
10 anchovy filets, oil packed
10 leaves of fresh basil
3 cloves of garlic, degermed
10 tablespoons (80 grams) of almond powder
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Put all the ingredients except olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and mash with the plunger mixer, and then add salt and pepper as desired and olive oil to the desired consistency.
In both tapenade recipes buy tasty olives in cans or bottles that are already pitted. You are adding so many goodies to the olives that you can't mess up the taste and it cuts the preparation time to less than 10 minutes.
